When starting your rental in the application, simply follow the instructions on your smartphone to check the status of the vehicle. You can take up to 12 pictures. The photos show the condition of the vehicle at the start of the rental period for damage or normal condition.
You can also take additional photos up to 1 hour after the start of the rental (go to the details of the Trip tab).
If you notice a blocking damage for your rental, please contact directly contact the agency counter.
