Note: If you are unable to open your vehicle via the application, you can first contact us via the contact form, specifying the purpose of your request ("problem opening / closing the trunk from the mobile application"). We will call you to settle it as soon as possible.
The vehicle trunk opens thanks to the Kirrk application.
After clicking on "start my rental", you will only have to follow the few steps of verification and accept the rental contract to open the trunk.
You can then retrieve the positioned vehicle keys and use them throughout the rental period.
